Served well-chilled (8-10°C), our white wines are delicious with fish, seafood (either grilled or in a sauce), and roasted white meats. You can even enjoy them with fromages frais or more powerful cheeses, or as an aperitif.

Our red wines are best enjoyed at room temperature (18-20°C) and, if necessary, decanted. They make a fine match for all sorts of meats and cheeses, and are equally at home with cuisine from Southwest France and more modern dishes.
