Grape varieties consist of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Sauvignon Gris, and 16% Sémillon. The 3.60 hectares of vines are entirely hand-picked.

As for the red wine grapes, close observation in the vineyard makes it possible to choose the best possible time to pick, entirely by hand.

The grapes are put into a pneumatic winepress to be gently pressed at low pressure.

The juice is clarified thanks to cold treatment, then racked and yeast added.

We age 40% of the crop in new barrels for 5 months on the lees and 60% in stainless steel vats.

The wine is blended and fined the spring after the vintage prior to bottling at the estate.




Served well-chilled (8-10°C), our white wines are delicious with fish, seafood (either grilled or in a sauce), and roasted white meats. You can even enjoy them with fromages frais or more powerful cheeses, or as an aperitif.
